Air Balance and Diagnostic Company established since 2007,  is a licensed and fully insured, independent National Environmental Balancing Bureau Certified Firm (NEBB). ABDC performs and manages Residential and Commercial HVAC Air/Hydronics Testing Adjusting and Balancing. We serve engineers, architects, contractors, property owners and business alike, throughout Florida. We are able to work on various challenging settings such as Government Institutions, Restaurants (Fine and Fast Foods) Correctional Facilities, Hospitals, High Rises and High Levelsecurity facilities.Our Principal and Owner Leonel Payan is a NEBB Certified Professional in HVAC Air and Hydronics TAB. Mr. Payan is also a Certified Mechanical Contractor. He is a standing member of Ashrae, a member of the US Green Building Council South Florida Chapter and is affiliated to other industry related organizations.
